The majority of the advisers have previously worked for industrial companies, banks, financing institutions, local and national governments, research parks, commercial gardens, incubators, and public instruments in Norway, Sweden, and the Baltic countries, and are well-versed in important systems and mechanisms.

Several others have spent 10 to 20 years rebuilding businesses in Eastern Europe following the fall of the Soviet Union. The emphasis in these regions has been on attracting new investment and providing a compelling offer to locals, including the establishment of free trade zones.
